WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

If your shipping destination is the Europe, you can choose from the following shipping methods:

Standard Delivery
• Estimated delivery time: 18–30 business days

• Cost: ＄15

• Free for orders over ＄350

• Please note: During peak seasons or promotional events, delivery times may be extended

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it within 24 business hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items are dispatched. This email will include:

  • Shipping details

  • Estimated delivery date

  • A tracking link to monitor the progress of your delivery

Please note that it may take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update, especially during peak times.

You can also track your order by logging into your nocheat account and visiting the Order History section.

TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and will be shown at checkout.

If we ship your order on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis:
All import duties and taxes are included in the total price you see at checkout. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

If we ship your order on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis:
The product price does not include import duties or taxes. You will be responsible for paying all applicable customs charges, duties, and local sales taxes once your order arrives in your country.

For DDU orders, you will receive an email after placing your order to confirm your acceptance of any potential import fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of applicable charges before placing an order.

The applicable DDP or DDU shipping method will be indicated at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and external logistics factors.

  • Orders are shipped from our international warehouses and may arrive in multiple parcels depending on availability.
