Return & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale and promotional items are excluded from this policy and are subject to our standard return/exchange terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. If you cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

Items must be returned with original packaging and boxes.

All items from one order must be returned in a single package.

Return/exchange shipments must be made using the same courier service as the original delivery.

We can only accept returns/exchanges from the original delivery country. For example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from within the US.

Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returns and exchanges are not free of charge — customers are responsible for shipping and any applicable import fees.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Underwear briefs
-
Certain jewelry
-
Makeup and skincare products
-
Swimwear briefs and swimsuits (unless the sanitary liner strip is fully intact)

Faulty or damaged items can, of course, be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if items show signs of wear, use, or have been altered from their original condition.
If we are unable to approve your return/exchange, we will notify you by email. You may then choose to have the item(s) shipped back to you at your own expense.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR ORDER
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service Team to begin your return. Please provide:

Your order number

Proof of purchase

A photo or video of the faulty item (if applicable)
Step 2: Repack the item(s) and your receipt in the original packaging.
Step 3: Complete three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Place all three copies in a transparent envelope, attach it to the outside of the package, and leave the package unsealed until the courier checks the contents (for customs purposes).
Step 4: Hand the package to the courier. After inspection, securely seal the package.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, please allow 7–14 business days for processing, depending on volume and peak seasons.
If your return does not meet the required conditions, the package will be returned to you at your expense.
When your return is accepted, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
